Het woord "adjika" wordt vertaald als "zout". Deze traditionele Kaukasische specerij is de perfecte toevoeging aan elk gerecht. Het is perfect voor vlees-, vis- en groentegerechten, pasta, pasta en soepen. Adjika is pittig en aromatisch. Het bestaat uit een mengsel van paprikapoeder, koriander, chili, peterselie, dille en zout
Adjika-mengsel kan in droge vorm worden gebruikt door tijdens het kookproces toe te voegen (1 eetlepel kruiden per 1 kg vlees of 1 liter water). Om de saus van Adjika te bereiden, verdun je de inhoud van de verpakking met een beetje 3-4% wijnazijn, zodat er een dikke pasta ontstaat, en voeg naar smaak zout toe. Bewaar de saus in goed gesloten glazen of keramische containers.
